I thought I was ordering two back issues of ESPN Magazine when I clicked on a particular website that came up In the entire ordering process I did not know I would be receiving an electronic copy of the magazine and not the actual magazine When I found out that it was just an electronic copy and I wanted a refund, the company would not supply it even though I had never accessed the electronic issues they had put into a access site This is not a good way to do business by making it look like your receiving a particular product when you are actually receiving something completely different
