Recently I purchased a spider barrier add-on and tree treatment. My normal yearly services are prepaid each year, so I knew that these two options would have a separate charge. When I received the bill for them, I promptly contacted the vendor and paid for the services. Since then I have recieved more Bill's stating that I still need to pay for the tree service and that now I am signed up for yearly spider barrier services. I only asked for the single application, which was paid for at the same time the tree service was paid. The rep I spoke with said that my normal yearly services are no longer showing as prepaid and I still owe for tree service but the spider barrier service is now setup for multiple applications.

So my understanding of the compliant when I called ***, I actually spoke with his wife ***, is that they asked for a spider barrier application around their house, which we went and did. There was some miscommunication there and we thought that they wanted the spider service to be a continuing service and that was what we signed them up for. Apparently, they just wanted a single application or service, so what happened was that we went out to their property three times and they were billed three times for three different services. We are not happy with that, so I called them up to get to the bottom of the misunderstanding. I offered to waive the cost of those two additional services, so they are back to where they started with paying for the one service that they wanted even though there were three performed. It sounds as through there was a bit of a misunderstanding with what was signed up for, but it should all be resolved at this point.
