Interesting response.  There was not a request for additional information to be made public.  I was banned.  They will not provide any detail of why.  Now they require I obtain a search warrant to continue the discussion.   This sounds like normal business practices to me.   At a minimum, as a loyal customer for years, one might expect the courtesy of allowing me access to my profile so that I could contact my friends and make arrangements to meet elsewhere.  This approach, their options are unnecessarily harsh, their decision-making is arbitrary, and their concern for customer service speaks for itself.  I will continue my discussion of this company online where I still have freedom of speech.  I do not require a search warrant to proclaim to as many as will listen what has happened and their response.   I have never had a legitimate company handle their affairs like this.  I understand my choices.  I have little option using your services at this point.  I will not pursue a legal path to force them to explain why they banned me.  The fact they made this move speaks volumes.   Thank you for your assistance.   [redacted]

While Ms C[redacted] of OkCupid mentions OkCupid receiving a report against my account, OkCupid has failed to provide ME any specifics behind what the report was about. Any user can report another user on such websites/apps, but that does NOT necessarily mean that the report itself is legit. I don't expect OkCupid to send Revdex.com the details about the report. My request with OkCupid, as is reasonably expected, was to send ME details behind what the report was about. Again, I believe OkCupid may be confusing my account with another user's account. There is no way for me to tell though, since OkCupid doesn't want to share any information with me. Thanks.

Since my initial contact with you I received further clarification from OKCupid.  ONE customer complained I made an overly suggestive sexual comment.  My response to OKCupid was basically this, I remember that profile.  The user had a suggestive picture of her bottom, exposed with stockings.  She also had a comment that was sexual in nature.  No where did I see in her profile where she specified that she only wanted males of a certain age range, living in specified countries, with certain hair color, certain height, or anything else that would have precluded me from contacting her.  As I mentioned to OKCupid, her profile on that site is the exception to the rule.  I do not recall seeing another like it.  On other sites such profiles are common and men respond to them accordingly.  I responded the way I would have had I seen that profile on any other site.  It seems a little disingenuous for that user to take offense because I was not the specific type of male she wanted to hit on her.   I am also surprised the company did so little research before taking the drastic step of banning a customer from their site.  Had I not contacted you I am not sure they would have responded to me at all.   There is an online community of persons with similar encounters with this company.  Most never hear anything from OKCupid.   When I read their terms of service I believe they have an option to have an independent arbitrator decide this issue.  I would be in favor of that if it is an option.

I wouldn't be surprised if this site was closed down from their poor customer service. I had a different contract that I was offered through an email. This was a special offer for only one month of service with automatic payments never bring disclosed. I only noticed it after they charged my account for numerous times. They owe me a refund due to all of the inconvenience this has caused. I spoke to Therese during this emails.
