9/5/I took my *** *** in for repair, remove and replace timing chain Since this repair required engine to be opened, it was recommended the water pump be replaced, I agreed There were many back and fourths between myself and Tim- details are in email I need to attach to this complaint9/11/I picked my van up, I was told repairs and "point roadworthy vehicle analysis" were completedI drove home, in parking lot I find reverse does not workI called shop next morning 9/12, was told to check transmission fluid levelI did, it was at full level., was told "Hopefully it was just a fluke." On 9/found a large oil circle in my parking spotWe look,dripping oil from oil pan that was sealed with RTV I called shop, took van back down, they cleaned, resealed pan, replaced oilI was then told the transmission fluid was low and there is now a leak in the radiator11/27, the same exact noise from the timing chain returnedI called and took the van back 11/on 11/I
