The girlfriend of the client that purchased the GC came in wanting to use it and we unfortunately didn't have the same services available anymore. She spoke with our salon manager who informed her that the GC is absolutely treated as cash in salon and can be used on any products we have. Unfortunately as businesses evolve and grow services available change. We told Mr. [redacted] when he came in that the GC is still good we just don't have the staff to perform the service he wanted. I am rejecting this response because:although the manager claims they spoke with me they never did. I am going to send back the gift certificate and do not wish to take any more action I am certain I will loss the Money I paid. The way they worded the response was very disrespectful to my wife who passed and me. This is not a company I wish to deal with.
