I contracted in May of 2012 [redacted] to replace sidewalks, retaining wall, and porches at my home. The bottom 2 stairs of the porch were to be completely torn out and replaced, and the top stair of both porches were to be resurfaced. I have to get both porches replaced and WILL NOT EVER HIRE HIM OR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE! First of all it took over a year to complete what should have been a 2-3 week tops job. He threatened to put a lien on my home because after not hearing from him for months, he decides to contact me in the winter wanting to complete the work. He constantly asked me for money, when his contract clearly stated that he would take a specific amount at the beginning of work, and the remainder once work has been completed to my satisfaction. He has been compensated, and my porches still look a mess and have to be done over. He only has one consistent worker, and he helps when he feels like it, or when his only worker calls off. They left my yard a mess, threw chunks of concrete on my landscaping, some of the caps to the retaining wall have not been glued down, slapped concrete on my siding! VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO MY HOME, I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The price was cheap, but you get what you pay for!
