My desired settlement is that the business try to do their best to compensate/make up for the horrible times that I've experienced within their establishments. the staff such as the extremely rude bouncers. No 300lb man should EVER find a reason to shovel a woman out of the way unless something serious is happen within a crowd and that night, nothing serious happened within my surroundings to make him come shoveling through like that. Completely disrespectful. Or maybe next time (if there is a next time ...), I'll get a couple of free drink vouchers for on the house cocktails since I had to endure rude bar staff, ignoring myself as well as my friend to serve other people. And don't even get me started on the rude "attendees" that sit at the front, snatching tickets, and then shoving them back at you. I could sit here and go on and on but I'll leave it here as I'm sure my point has been proven.

Review: Being a 29 year old female living in Winston Salem, I have thought of Ziggy's as being a decent place to unwind and have a good time. But there have been one too many times where things have been out of control as I felt as though a complaint was needed to be filed. The first thing that I want to mention is Ziggy's lack of accommodation to customers. In order to have a place to sit down, you have to pay EXTRA. Surely, it's all about marketing. And paying EXTRA for VIP for a chair and small table is apart of the marketing plan. That's what all businesses do but if you want to bring a crowd of people in, at least give them SOME accommodations to make them comfortable if they have to pay $40 for a ticket. But by any means, that's NOT what this complaint is about but I thought I would throw that out there. My complaint is about my personal experiences over the past couple of times that I've been there. The last time being during a show when rapper "Rich Homie Quan" made an appearance. The first problem that I had were with the promoters ... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I contacted at least 4 people in-regards to the purchase of a ticket and each person that I spoke with had a horrible attitude. There were several instances where I questioned on if I even wanted to attend the show due to the people selling the tickets. Each person quoted a different price and overall, it was HORRIBLE. Nonetheless, I purchased TWO tickets. Upon arrival, the staff were EXTREMELY rude (like they ALWAYS are ... why hire RUDE people to work in your establishment?) I was pushed around multiple times, aggressively by bouncers, the bar staff cater to whom they want to cater too, and overall ... it was really, really terrible. My friend and I have been excited to see Kevin Gates on the 1st of August since we missed him the first time Ziggy's had him but I'm TRULY rethinking ever going back to Ziggy's and putting up a review about the place via newspaper; as my mother is an author. Also, filing this complaint had to be done.Desired Settlement: If would be nice if someone from HIGHER MANAGERMENT at Ziggy's would give me a call and let me give further explanation. It's seriously, it's out of control and no one should ever have to be treated so horribly.
