Review: Before I went into the store. I called and spoke with who I believe was the manager. when on the phone I was told to bring the product in. after I drove down to the store I was told the product had no warranty. the cashier behind the counter was familiar with me do to how often I purchase the vapor pens and flavored oils for the pens. this particular pen I had brought in roughly a week prior and spoke with the same cashier. he stated that he remembered me coming in. the problem I had with this vapor pen is that when I was using it the battery came loose and was hanging exposing live wires. which shocked both my lips and my hand when I went to grab the product. causing me to drop the vapor pen. after speaking with two different personnel that I was told were managers. I was very rudely told they would not honor the product. pointing to a scratch on the vapor pen he stated I had damaged it (pictures available). when examining the pen he also shocked himself witnessed by the cashier. at this point I was empathicly and loudly called a liar. there were other patrons as well as the cashier who heard this. I fell it was very unprofessional and unbussiness like. I have not been called a liar since I was a child. I also fell as if they kept shuffling me to different employees too avoid addressing the issue. I was calm and at no point did I speak rudely to anyone. I am respected amongst my neighbors and community. I felt unfairly treated as well as humiliated.
