pertaining to a different machine he had purchased and we had worked on for him. He also voiced frustration about being turned away from his trailer repair appointment. However, he did not mention the hydraulic problems he had encountered when he first picked up his trailer. I apologized for our mistakes, he chose a convenient time, and we replaced his broken wheel stud and resolved his concern on 7/14/17. I apologized for our mistakes and had it on my list to follow up with him afterhours or on the next rain day due to the busyness and nature of his vocation. My research of our record logs indicates that we made a scheduling error and did not have anyone available to work on his trailer when he showed up for his appointment and that we had played phone tag with him multiple times attempting to reschedule. I was not aware of the concerns regarding his hydraulics until I read the formal complaint from your organization. I called him immediately after receiving it. I apologized again for the problems, and he told me to consider his concerns resolved. I encouraged him and we agreed to have him bring his truck and the trailer he purchased from us back here so we can test his hydraulics at no charge. He plans to do this in a few months when his seasonal busyness tapers off. Sincerely, Pat [redacted]
