Revdex.com called business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to [redacted] , owner, who said he had installed a trailer hitch free of charge for the consumerHe explained that inspecting the hitch was not part of his original repair of the vehicleHe was only asked to repair the wiring, which he did by installing a new trailer harnessHe was not asked to inspect the hitch and so was not responsible for it breaking later onHe installed the hitch, a $job, at no charge as a good will gesture
It's not resolved because they want me to remove the truth All I want is my title Not to look like I lied about them putting account on mine I should not have to look like I lied All I want is my title If not I will have to contact Attorney General about how I can get my title This is wrong that they did that If I break the contract they take my car but if they break contract I have be treated like I did something wrong and jump thru hoops to get my title Not fair at all I want my title and they should have to give me my title , They are ripping people off and its just not right .I do appreciate your business helping me tho Thank you

He was not asked to inspect the hitch and so was not responsible for it breaking later on. He installed the hitch, a $300 job, at no charge as a good will gesture.
Consumer called Revdex.com and reported that Ziebart was resolving the matter by installing a new trailer hitch on his vehicle and providing the labor free of charge.
