When [redacted] HVAC system was purchased in February it clearly states on the invoice that it was for months financing At completion of the installation Weltman Home Services turned all information over to the finance company, [redacted] *** At this point, Weltman Home Services is no longer involved with the financing as this now becomes a contract between the customer ( [redacted] ) and [redacted] *** What we do know is that [redacted] in turn sends out a welcome package along with their first invoice which would have arrived to [redacted] sometime in March, The [redacted] started receiving invoices every month outlining their payment terms and the program that they were enrolled in along with all the account information As a courtesy Weltman Home Services did reach out to [redacted] to see if there was any leeway and at that time [redacted] informed us that the problem came from a late payment [redacted] need to follow this complaint up directly with [redacted] *** It is the responsibility of the consumer to make sure they read all of the payment terms and make timely payments in order avoid fines and penalties from the finance company

I spoke in detail with customer on 11/2/and received his invaluable feedback based on his initial experience with Weltman Home Services He agreed that his initial interaction with our HVAC technician was not what he was expecting, I explained that as a new customer we want our customers to be aware of the multitude of services we offer I am satisfied in knowing that when we sent our second technician back, customer had very kind comments to share with me I did refund customer a total of $per his request

As standard business operation Weltman Home Services technicians provide all customers with upfront pricing and no job is ever started unless customer approves all work There are no additional charges applied after the price for repair/replacement is determined and agreed upon We
provided a full service water heater replacement which included filing permits, and making sure all work was done to codeAs a company that is licensed and bonded in the state of NJ, we have been servicing our community for over 56+ and are price competitive within our marketWe invite customer to submit an invoice for the same work that we performed from another licensed and bonded plumber and we will certainly price match should the cost come in lower than what was paid
