We are responding to the Customer review. The customer opened a lease with Zibby on November [redacted] through Sears Online. On November, [redacted], the customer contacted Zibby Customer Service advising us that she went to the Sears store to pick up her merchandise but there was no record of the...
customer’s account. Zibby Customer Service contacted Sears to determine the status of the lease. A response was sent from Sears on November [redacted] confirming that the lease could be cancelled and a refund could be issued. We have contacted the customer to advise her that her lease was cancelled and the refund was processed. We believe that the customer now considers the matter settled and is happy with the resolution.
