I had sent an item in for a return weeks ago, and despite many efforts on my part to get in touch with them about the status of the return, nobody has contacted me back. So I don’t have the item I purchased (roughly $110) and I have not been issued a refund. I’ll never shop here again or recommend ZhenNymph due to their nonexistent customer service.

For the Aries Dress:

Do yourself a favor, save the 108.00$, and buy yourself another dress for half the price, but double the quality. I received the dress and it looked pretty cheap - I would've paid max. 50$ for it had I seen it in real life (I paid 160.00$ CAD with shipping costs). The tribal pattern looked cheap and NOTHING like in the pictures - and I would've expected a much higher quality regarding the fabric for that amount the money. It ripped 5 minutes after I tried it on (and I wasn't doing any excessive movements). They thought well about their concept, because they don't allow for reimbursements, only exchanges (for which you pay the shipping returns of course). The only guarantee they can give you is you'll fall in love with the picture, but you'll be 110% disappointed when you receive it. Do not buy it.

I had written this comment while I was pretty upset, and I hadn't talked yet to Zhenn. After talking to Zhenn, who was, I must admit, very gentle and nice while dealing with the issue, I was completely refunded and told I could keep the dress. I was also told the non-matching pattern and rips were a mistake, as they haven't had the time to update the pictures and those technical errors rarely happen. She couldn't have dealt with my request a better way, and made sure that she'd leave me a happy customer. Although mistakes happened with this order, I am willing to maybe give it another chance in the future, seeing as how Zhenn was extremely nice, willing to resolve the issue, and truly cares about her customers.

Review: Hi there my name is [redacted] I been dealing this with problem for a hole month now about getting a refund back or a item that I paid for. I have purchased a item that was only $62.90 with shipping & handling and the package haven't came in or nothing , spoke with the post office for almost two weeks waiting for there part on the end about the package and they told me the carrier must had put it in the wrong mail box and told me I must follow up with the website I brought from & to make a claim as well with usps. Been a hole month since I been talking to this person that running the website at the moment there refusing to do anything until I speak nicely to them about the problem even tho we came to the matter the package was lost. Still to refuse to do anything because I am not speaking nicely to them. I request a refund or the item that I purchased and still refusedDesired Settlement: I just want the item I purchased or my money back.

Hello, I have been out of the country since March (I just landed on the 13 of June) and was not aware that this customer had opened a case with the Revdex.com. I had been in contact with Ms. [redacted] since she first wrote us and in constant communication until resolution. The difficulty with this customer, as has been noted in her own explanation of events, is that USPS had delivered the package and either the package had been mis-delivered or stolen. As far as this goes on our end we told Ms. [redacted] that we are looking into the delivery issue with USPS and that she should also get in touch with her local post office to sort out THEIR mistake. In the world of online services it is difficult to sift through legitimate mistakes/losses and fraud. We had reason to believe, at the time, that this claim was fraudulent as the USPS marked her specific package as DELIVERED (all of our parcels are shipped with USPS priorty 2-Day tracked packages to mitigate fraudulent claims). Ms. [redacted] insisted that she be refunded or shipped a new item IMMEDIATELY, disregarding our due dilligence to acertain the fate of her missing item. Her combative and unrelenting demand to recieve a refund from us while acknowledging that the fault was with USPS and not with Zhennymph, Inc seemed suspicious. After several exchanges with Ms. [redacted] we decided, against our own policies, that we would refund her regardless of the fact that the fault in delivery lay with USPS. This case was resolved professionally and within a completely resonable time frame. I hope that this explanation will rectify our standing with the Revdex.com as we consider customer care with serious attention and as a point of pride within our company.
