The response from *** *** is factually inaccurateI cancelled in December and they continued to charge me for January and FebruaryThey ignored my attempts to get the overcharges reversed until I filed a fraud claim through my credit card companyNov/Dec charges came into play as a result of confusion on the part of the credit card fraud department as to which charges should be reversedRepeated ignoring of emails by *** *** contributed to this confusionI have full documentation to support all of thisI made numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve the situation amicably.*** *** does not have any information about my personal financial situation and this is not relevant to the dispute, in my opinion.However, the situation has now been resolvedI would like to withdraw the complaint and I do not wish for anything to be posted publicly that would negatively impact their business (this was not the initial intention).
