Review: on facebook I spoke with someone about coming in and getting a tattoo for 9/5/13 when I webt into the shop that day the artist was not there the man at the counter stated "oh I forgot all about you" I put down a $40 deposit for a tattoo for 9/10/13 they said they needed a few days to draw it out etc. About 20 minutes later after I left the shop I seen the person they booked me with was not who I wanted my tattoo by so I called no answer messages them on Facebook got an immediate response they told me the person I wanted to book with was no longer with them they replied well I don't know what you want to do I asked about another artist her work looked good also they stated she only came for appointments and she was from NY so I told them I would come in the next day when I went the shop was closed this was on a Friday. Early Monday morning I get a call that they had set up an appointment with the woman I never gave consent or set up the appointment with her and I just wanted to cancel the appointment all together because she couldn't fit in my time frame and they wanted to do multiple sessions for a tattoo that only needed one and upon further investigation they were over pricing me $250 more than what the tattoo was worth. I got attitude, cussing, yelling you're not getting your money back, you're playing games etc. on the phone with these people. I had to hang up because he still wanted to argue and I didn't see the sense in it if we couldn't come to an agreement and I refuse to be scolded and yelled upon as if I'm subservient to them. I'd like my $40 back for bad customer service and business dealings. Just because I am a female does not mean I should be cheated for my money and overpriced for tattoos
