It is so very easy for someone to lie I have the dates and time that I called still in my phone log why does their anawer service say leave message and number if they don't plan to contact you that way beside I tried email it did not work so now it has been over weeks now what Regards, [redacted]

I am very sorry about the phone, can you confirm which number you been calling? I am having a rep call you today,
This customer was promptly issued an RMA on 04/14/at 12:That RMA number is ***She spoke with our tech support, was able to coominicate with us and we helped her.None of her complaints are true as our notes show that she was helped and issued a return barely an hour before
filing this complaint.We feel that this complaint is not valid
The offer made by Zetronix to give the *** two days to locate the package or shipping a new one if it was not found was acceptable However, it has now been days since that offer and I have neither been given an indication that my package was found, nor indication that a new shipment has been sent I also have not had a response to a direct communication on 8/to Zetronix asking about this matter.I would still prefer to have my order filled, with a new shipment if the order has been lostUntil I receive that package, I do not consider this issue resolved.

Hello,We have issued you a refund for the correct amount on Feb 22nd 2018, according to our records there was an adaptor you were suppose to receive I am sorry that was not in the box. We offered to ship it to you separately but you refused to accept the adapter or our help. I also
understand your concern was the hard wire kit was too long, the reason why the cables are so long is they are meant to be professionally installed in your dash and the wires run under the the dash so for that reason they're long. There was nothing wrong with the product when we received it, and as per our return policy the customer is responsible for shipping the product back. I am sorry the product did not live up to your standards but we did offer to ship you the adapter for the dash cam to fit in the hardwire kit which you refused
Hello, We have already issued you a refund back to your credit card, we offered to help by sending you a USB adapter but you refused. There is nothing more we can do at this point
We never received any phone calls from the customer but we did receive an package from them with no RMA number We replaced it and shipped the customer a replacement today USPS Tracking ***

The proper channel of communication for customer service is to email [email protected] and they will be able to help you out
Thank you for the tracking number, because you shipped your product back before receiving an RMA number it went to a different location so please allow us a few days to locate it and then issue you a refund
We have issued the customer a full refund for this order...not sure what else we can do
*** ,I am very sorry about that, our spam filter for some reason blocked your email and I just found all of them We are investigating this with *** and are allowing them max of business days to find the package If the package is not located we will re-ship you a brand
new package

Follow up to complaint.against Zetronix . [redacted] V, (the tech that I have been dealing with since beginning) emailed me that afternoon with RMA # to return glasses & will company would refund money.They received glasses 0n 3/10/16 at 12"34pm. I have emailed them several times & do not receive a reply.I appreciate whatever you can do to help me out.[redacted]

We have been in contact with you and have been working with you in every instance to resolve your problems. We have sent you a shipping label to return the item you currently have and have our tech support correctly test and format it. Once they are configured we will be sending it back.
