Review: Zerorez came to clean my carpets to remove stains,they made the stains much much larger, left my carpet wet for over 3 days when he said it would dry in 3 hours - my stairs and 2 stains are still damp. - wondering if there could be a mold issue now. While he poured over a gallon of liquid on the stain upstairs, the liquid he poured came down through a light fixture into my kitchen on the first floor where now the paint is stained on the ceiling from the dirty water that he was treating from stain upstairs. I had to use a bucket to collect the liquid dripping from the ceiling to keep from ruining my wood floors. - He said oh its clean water which was definately brown color - he said just take a paint brush and touch up the ceiling if it does leave a stain. I have tried calling with no real person to answer the business phone -just a machine I have asked to have a supervisor come out - no one will call me back. My carpets are much worse than before he came. - when I asked for his business card he said he didn't have one.Desired Settlement: I have attempted to put a stop payment on my check - not sure if it has been successful or not. Zerorez should pay for a true professional carpet cleaner (not them) to come out to try to fix the stains they enlarged and made way worse and to also pay for a painter to come repaint my ceiling from the dirty water dripping through that stained the ceiling. Luckily the electrical is still ok. If my check did indeed get cashed I would like a full refund in addition to the above request.
