Buyer Beware! The owner and his employees do not stand by the promises made in their advertised services. This review is for their hardwood floor service. This service promises to give your floor a face lift. However in reality the work performed left my floors looking worse than what we started with. After several phone calls, a visit from a manager, an email, and a letter by mail. All I received was excuses and an offer to put a band aide fix on the problems. Rather than make things right they chose not to stand by their promises and have a collections agency contact me for payment. They have displayed a lack of integrity and professionalism and did not stand by their WOW promise.

We have no desire to charge anyone anything more than is correct and often end up adjusting...
