My drone was damaged so I contacted their support, they provided me with shipping informationSo I shipped my drone via FedEx, which attempted delivery to their repair center times but no one was there to accept the packageI called support many times throughout this process and they said they had no way of getting a hold of the repair center to actually know if someone was there or notEach time I have contacted support since they tell me my case has been escalated, it has now been plus days(days since opening original ticket) of them telling me my case has been escalatedThis company has no idea what they are doingI have emailed them at as-***, their support email, and also tried to contact their marketing dept…but have received response
