provided Zephyr Partners with over $12,000 worth of services. Zephyr partners sent a bad check and went dark after using services.
I worked with *** and *** for months in order to get them the exact services and products they need to complete their PCI Compliance. They were under a crunch from clients to get it done so we accommodated them every step of the way.
They complained about paying everything up front so we were kind enough to allow them to pay half up front and half the next month, something we typically don't do as a company.
They paid their first payment via check and we provided all of our services to them. We spent hours on the phone and via email helping them pass their vulnerability scans and jump through hoops to get into a PCI Compliant status in a very short amount of time. Almost directly after we supplied them with all of these services I received a notification from our accounting department that their check bounced. I immediately called *** and he apologized and said he would wire over the first payment the following Monday, September 18, 2017.
I followed up that Monday to ensure the wire had been submitted and they were in the process of making the payment and couldn't get a hold of ***. I called *** and he said that *** gave him strict instructions not to talk to us about the matter and direct all communications to him.
I haven't heard from *** since September 15 and have tried over 15 times. We even made a trip down to *** to collect payment and he wouldn't comply. They downloaded their attestation of compliance from us and haven't been heard from since. They scammed us out of $12,707.50.
We would like to receive full payment for the services and products we gave to Zephyr Partners. If they hadn't have used any of them we would have offered a full refund, but they used up hours of time on our end as well as our resources and credentials to get a PCI Compliance certificate to show to one of their clients. They are currently not PCI Compliant and advertising that they are to gain business.
We denied services were completed. We are not using the PCI certificate they have provided.
Should this report be made public, and based on privacy laws, we request to remove any personal identifiable information, such as names , etc.

We didn't receive any sort of denial that services were completed and we ran over 100 scans for you over the course of a few days. We also have it documented that you logged on to our portal and downloaded a PCI certificate.
All of these services cost money. We also assigned trainings out to each of the employees that you sent over to us. As soon as the trainings have been assigned we are then billed for the services.
There was a complete disconnect in regards to communication and what was going on. The last I spoke with *** he said he would wire payment and then we never heard back.
As stated before, we dispute this charge as services were not rendered. This is a malicious claim and we will not agree via this venue or any other.
