Review: This is a local garment center factory practicing unfair business on it's customers. The company I work for has paid 100% in full for their services and products, with the exception of samples and work that the factory did not follow and made mistakes on. The factory has confiscated all our personal property, personal garments, fabric, patterns and samples that we own and have paid for because of an outstanding invoice for from a totally different unrelated company due to the fact that I am the designer for both companies. Not only will they discuss the matter in a professional matter, the [redacted] physically pushed an employee out the door, threw a check at her, and said a racial slur. We are not able to discuss or work on product that is below acceptable quality and they are not open to fixing their mistakes. They chose to turn down hundreds of thousands of dollars of potential production orders because they did not want to correct the fit on one pant. They have screamed at our employees, lost our samples, and left us in the middle of a fitting. The [redacted] treated us as if we were financially responsible for covering his payroll and rent. They will not give our paid for product back and are with holding our personal property. I advise anyone to work with this company with serious caution. As a small designer they will put you and your business at risk.Desired Settlement: We want our personal property back that we have paid for.
