I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I am still quite concerned about their promise to follow through as we attempted to get the gasoline hooked up this year and was scheduled on separate days and they never showed up I finally called and cancelled to the spring as I was tired of the phone tag and never any calls back I would like to keep the complaint open until they follow through as promised I highly recommend anyone considering installing a pool or hot tub that they check with the Revdex.com first, because if I had I would have gone with a different company Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI understand that 30%/70% is different from the typical
payment intervals on the scheduleThe payment terms of *** Financial were never explained to
us as being unacceptable. This should
have been stated from the beginning phases of creating the contract. We were told that payment plans with this
financial institution would be accepted and in fact the signed contract
actually crosses out the payment intervals and is replaced with a written note regarding
payment from ***I am not clear how a signed contract by Majestic Pools with payment plans from *** financial written on the contract does not bind the company to make good on it. All communications with Majestic Pools has been completely unacceptable
and unprofessional. I would not
recommend this company to anyone I know.
They are extremely poor in the customer service department. We have been repeatedly ignored. A simple communication that the payment
situation needed to be changed is all that would have been necessary. A different payment arrangement could have
easily been made had this information been relayed to us anytime It was only when we took it upon ourselves to call constantly, right before we were scheduled to have the pool build start, that it was finally explained to us that these payment arrangements would not be accepted. Majestic Pools has been outrageous to communicate with! Unprofessional, poor customer service! Extremely disappointed. Regards, *** ***

To whom it may concern: The slide will be installed in the spring of 2015, after which the safety cover will be measured and ordered then the cover will be installed and removed when it arrives from the manufacturer.
Customer must call and set up appointment in February After
opening we will set up an appointment on instruct customer on pool operations o the system, at this time the delivery of any equipment will be delivered. Also an appointment should be made for gas line hook up in Spring as previously agreed between Majestic and customerThank - you!

Majestic reached out and resolved all complaints. I had tried to close this case previously but was unable to do that until they responded.

I spoke with Kathy at the business and she stated they will be scheduling with the consumer at their earliest convenience, to address the issues, when the pool season ends.

To whom it may concern:  Our warranty  states that upon opening and closing the pool by Majestic Poos, we will warranty lines against freezing only. Upon Repair, we discovered that o rodent had chewed through one of the lines. At this time the customer was told that we would need payment...

for the repair. The customer told the repair crew that she would not pay.   The service man returned the following day to finish the concrete work after completing the line repair she was again asked for payment and the customer refused. We are requesting payment for the work completed before we finish the concrete work. Enclosed are pictures of chewed line and a copy of the warranty given to customers. We finished the gas line Mr [redacted] mentioned and refunded him $180 for the topsoil. We ordered a new liner and will install it at Mr. [redacted] convenience. As far as we know, Mr. [redacted] is happy with his pool

We are seeking $4300,00 to cover costs of repairs including costs of goods, equipment rentals and labor.

The consumer called to say the business has taken full responsibility for the issues and they have resolved the complaint.

We contacted this customer a few weeks ago and wanted to fix the pool. They would not allow us to.

reviewed appear below. Someone from the company called me while I was at work and said, "I have a message to call you about fixing your pool or something." He did not even know what it was in reference too.  As per my claim, I wanted the issue to be addressed at the end of this pool season as we have the water heated with chemicals in balance. I am NOT going to drain it now. I did tell the employee this and he just said okay we can do it then. We have things planned now and would like the liner to be fixed at our convenience since we gave Majestic plenty of time to fix it at their convenience in the spring.  Regards, [redacted]

The continued rainfall this year made in very difficult to do this repair. The pool was repaired yesterday, I believe to the customers satisfaction.

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Although the pool liner repair has finally been completed there is concern that there was a large amount of water that got between the liner and the wall.  It remains to be seen if this is going to cause yet more problems with the liner and pool wall.  We would like, in writing, a statement to the effect that if there is more damage it will be repaired at no further cost, in a timely manner, and in a respectful way.  This was already stated to the company by my husband and we have not received a reply.  I also wholly disagree that it was a "rain delay" in getting our repair handled in a timely manner. We called for weeks on end and the employees and management were rude and never returned calls.  We also requested that the pool closing be done at no charge because of the inconvenience, the added cost of chemicals, water, etc. and the continued lack of consideration and rudeness exhibited by management.
