Researched online and visited a home improvement expo before requesting bids for 16 vinyl replacement windows and a patio door. Zen won my business with a competitive bid and good product. Steve is straightforward, no games like some others. He also works on the job with his crew; does not outsource it. Was on time, they cleaned up well each day, and removed & replaced window coverings.

Steve made this very easy. He answered all my questions, took notes and took pictures of my windows. When the day came to install the windows Steve and his two man crew came with a plan which they executed quickly and efficiently. Steve checked every window to make sure they worked correctly, then moved my furniture back and made sure the crew had cleaned the windows well. The windows look wonderful and open so much easier than my old ones. I'm very happy with them. Would I hire again or recommend? You bet!

We ordered several custom windows for the front of our home. Steve's price was very competitive. Customer service was great also. We were kept in the loop regularly from the time of order through the scheduled install. Steve and his crew were very professional and left our home neat and clean when they were finished.
