dollar *** gift cardMr*** was under the impression that it was given to him at the time the tour of our facility ended, he was told by a front desk staff that we don't have them on hand to give outThe way we go about sending the gift cards is via a third party company, we get the clients email and forward it to that company and once the promotion of the month is over that third party company sends out a redeemable email to those on our listWe called Mr*** to let him know he will be receiving his gift card via email and he was very happy with that newsWe sincerely apologized for the miscommunication and Mr*** informed us that he may be revisiting our gym to attain a membershipThank you for informing us on this matter
