I rejecting this response because: Because these are not the facts, I call the to report the toilets was backing up and Mr *** *** who work for CenCal stated we need to call the plumber, so we did, they stated that their was a crack in this pipe, they fix it and CenCal paid for it, a couple of days later same problem occur they called another plumber and they came out and fix it stating that two caps on the pipes were missing they let rocks and dirt enter the pipesAs far as the microwave yes they did replace it due to their cleaning company scratched the front of the doorThe stove, the company which was under warranty replace the stove top, not CenCalThe kitchen floor was told to them right after the walk through just after I moved in and Mr *** *** came and looked at the floorThey sent over the floor company twice and they stated someone put something on the floor hot and melted itMr *** stated to me several times he would take care of it, after the floor company refused to replace it then and only then did he turn around and stated that I did itAll most everything I have have talk to him about he has made it like I am doing these thingsI have workers from his company that know these things were like this prior to me moving inAll I want is for this company to fix these issue and quicklyI feel months has been long enough
