This home is currently under construction being built per plan, per the Purchase Agreement including additional documents, such as a customized floor plan, signed by the purchaser We have been proactive and communicative since day one to provide clarity, certainty and confidence to the purchaser Documentation of phone calls and proposed meetings show a sincere attempt to work directly with the purchaser The purchaser has refused to communicate or meet directly with the builder in order to move past their perceived issues RayLee Homes is committed to providing exception customer service and a quality home every time Should this purchaser be willing to speak directly with the builder concerning her accusations of our character and business practices, we remain open

I am rejecting this response because:I am in utter disbelief as to what I am readingActually, every one of my witnesses are as wellI want documentation in regards to the carpetAs for every thing else, you are making statementsThe company that installed the shelving hasn't even been to my house yet! How can they possibly collaborate with your Raylee employee?????? They're scheduled for Friday at amYou responded on Thursday Not once did I admit, nor did I overload my shelving! That is beyond FALSEI hired a building inspector, whom stated, the shelving was not properly installedI contacted the manufacturer, whom stated, my shelving should support lbsMy belongings weighed lbs!!! I have proof of this, & the other shelves are not properly installed, and the work is not completed in my home! Nothing has been satisfiedI cannot believe Raylee would make claims to the Revdex.com! Also, why do you refuse to return my phone calls? Not once have I ever spoken to you on the phoneThis is the worst customer service, I have ever experienced.

According to our 1 year Builder Warranty Agreement as well as 2-10 Builder Warranty purchased on behalf of Mrs. [redacted], all claims...

deemed warrantable per this objective third party, have been satisfied.  We have records to show that all carpets were deemed "acceptable" and signed off by the purchasers before closing.  RayLee representatives have visited this home to inspect shelving and in collaboration with our trade partner who supplies this product, deemed all shelves appropriately installed.  Mrs. [redacted] has admitted to placing more weight on these shelves than they are built to bare.  Even so, RayLee offered to rehang the shelves free of charge.  RayLee Homes will continue to respond to all claims as received in writing through our online warranty service as customer service has been a top priority for 40 years and continues to be.
