Firstly, I have sent multiple emails with the receipts attachedNot only did I send the emails with receipts, we also mailed, via certified mail, two receipts to her home addressEvery time the owner has contacted us we have complied with her requestsHowever, I do not tolerate disrespect to myself or my employeesThis individual has been nothing but disrespectful to everyone she has talked to and our ability to attempt resolution stopped, once this beganSecondly, she has alleged wrong doing with a part of the system we did not serviceWe fixed some leaking within the piping system and she is alleging we broke her pool pumpWe stand by our work 100% and bend over backwards to make every customer happyHowever, we can not warranty, nor fix something we never touchedI have expressed that multiple times to her and even offered to come out and take a look at itHowever, she has refused, as well as gotten aggressive and nasty, and demanded us buy a new pool system without an opportunity to even look at the supposed problem we causedLastly, it is true we have updated out system and because of this older records are harder to pull upI did offer to have her come by and get a receipt in person so we could resolve her inability to pull up emailed receipts and solve the discrepancy in our mailed receipts to herHowever, once again, she has declinedWe feel we have done everything within our power to try and resolve this issue as best we canUnfortunately, we can not make everyone happy regardless of how hard we try

I sent out one of my plumbers to the job site for a filter issue to a poolThey had multiple leaks, and we ended up cutting the joint out and making the necessary corrections and adjusting the pool settingsWe told her to not run the pool and try it tomorrowWe quoted a price of $400, and she
added more things she wanted to be done so the quote was increased to $We were late and we did call her and let her know we were running lateShe did call us on Father's Day when the shop was closed about the issues she as having. We couldn't pull our guys away from their families for a pool filter to be repaired. I called her this morning to get information from herI let her know if its the joints that we installed that were giving her issues we will fix them for freeShe said it was the lid to the filterSomeone put white silicone on the filter head before we did any work on her pool, and we did not break the filter head because we did not do any work on her filter headI do not put white silicon on anything our silicone is always clear anywaySomeone had done that before we worked on the poolWe would fix anything we worked on, but we did not repair her lidI have not problem looking at the work we did, but we can not fix something we did not work on for free

It was scheduled for him to return on Wed 8/17..  The water to the entire building was scheduled to be turned off at 10am and threats when he was scheduled to return to complete the work..  He did not show up or even call

We had the job for $1200 and could not turn the water off because the main shut off was not working. I was not able to move the drain pan at the time. We did discount the repair $300 and the customer paid $400 out of pocket. We were told the building will turn the water off. The shut off was not in...

the original scope of work and she should contact the warranty company. We can not fix the problem until the shut off is complete.

That is not true. I had another job that day that had lasted longer than expected. We did call and inform her of that. I could not make any repairs that day, because the shut off valve to her apartment was still broken. As far as the work goes, I have no problem coming out to finish the work, but I cannot do that without her fixing that valve. The apartment complex shuts the water off for free. Each individual apartment has a shut off valve, but her’s doesn’t work. That needs to be fixed before I can fix the repairs she wants. She has to pay a plumber to get those fixed if she doesn’t want to pay me to do it. That work was not included in our agreement, so I told her I would work on the shut off valve, but it would be an additional cost. She said she didn’t want to do that. I also wanted to add that I gave her an additional $300 discount because I could not do some of the work due to the water not being shut off. Therefore, she will not be issued any kind of refund.
