After paying 51,for a Nissan 370Z Sport Tech Coupe out of the center of the showroom, you’d think I would receive some kind of customer serviceI have come to dread this one hour drive to Ziegler Nissan in Gurnee, I just left this location driven to the point of tearsThere was no front license plate anywhere to be found on or in this car and I’m told that the tickets I incur are completely on me and I am also told that they will “find out tomorrow” what they can doI am still searching for this plate but to date I have NO front plateThey can’t even accommodate something as simple as a license plateI will research what legal action I can take because there has to be somethingI would also like to add that when I first drove into service a week into buying my car, the service person automatically handed the tablet to my brother to sign which was extremely sexist and assumptiveI have to try and convince service to even receive a hand wash on this car after informing the representative that I will be driving one full hour to get there and if a hand wash can be included in service I’m forced to negotiate on something as simple as thatI have to jump through hoops to get any type of an answer from anyone at this dealership regarding things I paid for such as an extra tire warrantyI had to ask the representative multiple times before being given a non-contextual explanation of something that I paid forThis is not what I had hoped or expectedMy friends that have *** or ** speak of the experiences they have at their dealerships with relatively average cars where dealers go above and beyond to try and accommodate any and every customer and I bought the most beautiful car in the center of their showroom with miles on it and I leave their location in tears and in utter confusion at what I’ve gotten myself intoI tried to sit down with finance and be given a breakdown of what services are covered and I am given extremely vague answers as if they really don’t want to do anything and it’s coming out of their personal pocketsThis place really gets under my skin and makes me feel so horribleI just want some kind of customer service I will already never purchase a Nissan againThank you for the car washes that I can never take advantage of because I don’t want to put the pearl white paint through a brush wash I have never done that, and I’ll have to REALLY convince anyone that has time to give me a hand washMy brother has a *** and whenever he goes to the dealership they actively inform him of services that are covered and encourage him to take advantage of them on behalf of ***I will dread showing up to Ziegler for every single one of the three free oil changes that this location painfully awarded me out of their kind hearts for the car at the center of their showroomI was also informed by the service department that anything covered should have been negotiated between me and my sales person so I guess I didn’t jump through enough hoops to haggle out any service coverage for this car eitherThis has been a miserable and confusing experienceI don’t even know what to ask for in terms of a resolution because I am now even unsure of what Nissan is capable of, if anythingMaybe Nissan just doesn’t have the resources that other car companies do and my expectations should be re-evaluatedI don’t know if you even care about your customers but it takes a lot of terrible experiences to drive your customer to this level of bewilderment and dissatisfaction
