Worst experience of my life.
I purchased a used *** from the Schaumburg location on July 16th. The top gears in the transmission failed on the way home. I left a VM for the salesperson immediately and then sent an email in the morning. The salesperson responded that she would contact the service department and get back to me. I waited 5 days before nudging again. They asked if I could drop the car off at the dealership to have them look at it, but I was out of town. On my way to the dealership a few days later, the AWD and the power steering also went out. I let them know what had happened and that the vehicle would need to be towed. Over two weeks later and I have still not had a response.
Buy from this group of dealerships at your own risk.
I was looking into vehicle financing. I had gotten a response from an *** in the finance department. Upon arrival after being directed to ask for the *** a different *** would not let me talk to him despite several requests. I explained that I had already applied and been approved. The second *** ran a hard credit inquiry on my report (for the 2nd time in 6 days) after I clearly and repeatedly explained that I already had my credit pulled by them and didn’t want another inquiry. I now am left with a completely different story (this one indicating that I was NOT approved) after having had been told that I was. Furthermore I now have TWO hard Inquiries on my *** from the same company in 6 days. VERY bad business & I would recommend that NO BODY deal with this company as they’re beyond atrocious in my opinion. I want one of these inquiries removed from my *** as that’s absolutely unnecessary.

Unfortunately there are times when we try to accommodate a consumer when it comes to credit and *** to purchasing an automobile. We are the middle guys because we do not loan a consumer money to purchase an automobile the *** does. We can only provide information to the *** and they let us know who is approved and who is not. They will from time to time give a pre qualified approval based on information they have been given but then when we provide them the physical proof they change the Pre Approval to a decline for more money or a *** or less car and then we are in a spot. So it looks like this is something that has happened here so I apologize. We very rarely have this happen but it does happen from time to time. Unfortunately due to the private nature of you credit we cannot remove or discuss anything about your credit to the ***. if you contact the *** companies they will listen to your issue put in a request of inquiry send it to us and we will not respond to it. By not responding the inquiry will fall off. For the trouble you have gone through we would like to offer $200.00 for your time and trouble. Please let me know if this works for you and I will send right out asao.
