Terrible!!!

We purchased a built in fridge, microwave and a beverage fridge and our experience could not have been worse.

The delivery men walked through our house with muddy boots, our front mat was tossed off into our landscaping, our furniture was shoved off to the side and not put back, our kitchen was an absolute disaster with splinters, sawdust, packing material and dirt all over, when you opened the microwave door, the whole thing would tip forward, the beverage fridge also tipped forward when opened which could have crushed my one year old son, the cabinet around the fridge did not match, had been broken and glued, was crooked, had rough edges, did not meet the counter or existing cabinets evenly and exposed the sides and top in a way which you shouldn't see with a built in fridge. The installation also took three days which seemed excessive given the poor workmanship and lack of installation effort.

When I called to express my concerns with the work done, I was met with a defensive and excuse filled salesman who was not interested in seeing the disrespectful way my home had been treated, the dangerous way the appliances had been installed or the poor workmanship done.

Lesson learned: never, never, never buy anything from Zeglins. They should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of customer service and the poor quality of their work.
