Today, June 3rd, he called to setup the payments with the finance center and they told him this will not appear on the credit report.
This is not okay. We were picking up the necklace today and my partner was going to request a refund because they were dishonest.
When he tried to do this, he was lied to again. The salesperson insisted that it was true but when asked to call the financing center to confirm together, he refused.
My partner, the salesman and the manager began arguing about it and they kept repeating that it was true and will be on his credit. The manager then added that he would not refund it because they took it to the jeweler.
From there, the manager started to racially profiled him and compared him to two young black kids who had harassed him on the day we were making the purchase. My partner and I only heard parts of it and the manager tried to rope us in but I told him we weren’t listening.
At any rate, that his highly inappropriate. My partner is a POC, a grown man and did not defame, bully or mistreat these workers. He merely stood his ground.
He left without the necklace and will be seeking a refund by reaching out to the owner. He has reported his complaint with the financing company.

Review: I purchased a diamond ring to propose to my fianc with. Upon going to another jewelry store right after making my purchase with ZEE jeweler I ask one of the saleswomen at [redacted] for their opinion on the ring I just bought and when she look at it she told me that the diamond appears to be crack. With this new information I decided to just by another ring with [redacted]. When I tried to return the ring back to Zee's the manger [redacted] told me he would refund me my money if I get it in writing that the diamonds in the ring was cracked, so I went back to [redacted] and got it in writing that the diamonds are cracked. When I returned with the written note explaining the damage he still refused me my refund stating that the ring was layaway so he couldn't give me my money back. He offered to exchange it for something else, mind you I already had to purchased a ring elsewhere because I already had plans set to proposed to my fianc on Valentine's Day and a reordered ring wouldn't been ready in time. I was sold a damage ring with several cracked diamond I think it's fair for me to request complete refund.Desired Settlement: I wish to have a complete refund. I already purchase a flawless ring from a trustworthy company ([redacted]) so I don't have a need for another ring.

Review: My fianc and I have bough numerous amounts of jewelry from this business. When we finished paying off my wedding bands (2 pcs.) We asked them to sauter the bands around the engagement ring so the ring can slip out. He ensured us it can be done and had me give him my ring along with the bands and put them into an envelope. I asked how I should word this since it isn't a common thing, he told me to write "sauter together" on the envelope. When I got it back a week later it was all 1 piece. When I brought it in saying it was done wrong they wanted me to pay additional to fix it, I refused to pay since I was misled on the wording from their employee. She said she would talk to her manager and never called me back. They have my ring and a week later (today) I call and was told that they do not know where it is, I have to wait for another employee to come back. I've spent $1,500 at this establishment and they do not know where my ring is?? I've been attempting to contact a member of management and he seems to be MIA. I am waiting to get my ring back to get engagement pictures. Will I even get my ring back before the actual wedding?Desired Settlement: I would like my ring given back to me in all 3 non-sautered pieces (as opposed to the 1 piece, that they "don't know where it is"). Including: 3 stone engagement ring, 2 bands separate (3 separate pieces). I'm done trying to get sautering done that I have already paid for and would not like to spend any more money at this establishment.

My Name is [redacted]. I was on vacation in Sacramento and ran across Zee Jewelers. I was not in the market to purchase any jewelry but decided to go into the store just to look. I was greeted by [redacted] ( Manager). He ask if he could help me but I just responded I'm just looking. He allowed me to look and when I had a question he was readily available to assist. Well to make a long story short I purchased a diamond ring. am not a diamond expert but he help me to pick out an awesome diamond ring. The price was great and I will do business with this company again. I wish you guys had a store on the East-coast( Atlanta). Thank you for an awesome experience and a great Diamond Ring..
Review: My fiancée & I inquired of a lovely 1.3 white diamond engagement 14K white gold ring w/matching wedding band & put on lay-a-way 1-30-16,after making the initial inquiry about the product, I was told that the value of this ring was $5000+ w/lifetime warranty on diamonds & gold, plus the discount (my price was $1519)was unbelievable. I picked item up & paid in full 2-12-16, at time of the initial Jan inquiry I did ask salesperson would I receive a certificate/statement of authenticity? To which I was told yes. When I picked up item 2 weeks later, I asked again where's my certificate? I was asked to provide my name, phone, and email address to the manager, well it's been 6 weeks & no document, I don't know if the value of this merchandise is accurate, from what I was told as "true" from the jewelers, and I want the statement proof in hand when I get it appraised at another jeweler. I've been patient, have not contacted the store, nor made any other complaint other than here today. Zee deals w/patrons everyday purchasing jewelry, so I don't know why this would be such an issue, I just want my product to be representative of what I was told, as an authentic document for these quality, diamonds & gold. Me & my fiancée work hard for ours, as are others who walk into jewelry stores wanting to make special purchases of quality in expression to their loved ones.Desired Settlement: I would just like my certificate, given a short time frame (30 additional days)of expectation to receive it, or else a fraudulent claim will be initiated against Zee Jewelers.

Review: Took a ring for repair on Jan 3rd. They lost my ring, they refuse to pay or give me another ring.
On Jan 3rd I took a ring that I had previously bought from this store. One of the diamond felt off and needed to replace it. The store charge me $100 for the repair, since I live in Nevada I asked if they can mail it to me and they say ok. 2 weeks later went by and I called the store and they told me that they can't mail it and that I need to pick it up in person. I drove from Sparks Nevada to Fairfield Ca when I got the the store, they told me that the ring was in Sacramento, Ca. I went to Sacramento and the clerk gave me an envelope with my name on it and a ring inside the envelope. I looked at the ring and realized that it wasn't my ring. I informed the clerk, that I wanted my ring, She called the owner by the name of [redacted] and informed him of the situation. She said that [redacted] will investigate and will call me back in three days, I did not hear from [redacted], I called the store in Fairfield several times and left several mesages for the owner, all they say is " I am just an employee" [redacted] had been informed of the problem and they don't know why He does not return my calls. I purchase the ring from them, the employee send me a picture asking me if that was the ring, I responded: Yes, when can I pick it up? They never respond, I called again 3 more times, they say that they can give me the ring without [redacted]'s authorization. It has been 1 and a half month since I took the ring for repair and I still have not heard from the owner, or get my ring back.Desired Settlement: I purchase this ring from their own business, The ring was $2187.5. (minus 75% discount)= $875.00 and $100. for repair. I need the amount of $975. (Nine Hundred seventy five Dollars) refunded to me or my ring back, or another ring which price is $2187.50, which was the original price of the ring without the 75% discount.
