We had a horrible experience especially w/ general manager Mr Mario when our order for lunch was incorrectly served on Spe 14th, We expressed our concern with Chef, then waiter and finally with Mr Mario He instead of addressing and correcting the error from his staff, after brief conversation & discussion, he pretty much snatched the lunch plates ruthlessly and said adios and walked away We were shocked at complete disregard for customer concerns and pathetic lack of service but we left to our carI decided to walk back and have conversation again with Mr Mario and help him understand how badly we were treatedHe refused to listen to me and said again said adios and walked away Never had in my life this type of experience from any restaurant staff Zed has good food and great ambiance but pathetic service experience yesterday will remain in our minds for a very long time
