I had to adjust my order shortly after placing it. There is no way to do this on the site and no-one from the company replied to emails.

I phoned customer service to ask about a problem I was having with my [redacted] espresso machineWhile describing the problem the man asked if I could remove screws or had a man that couldWhen I said no, he rudely asked if I even owned a screw driverI was then chastised for not properly taking care of my machine then told it will,cost me a lot of money to repairHe half listened to the problem then realized there was more to it before telling me how to send it for repairsHe was curt, sexist and I wll never recommend this company

Would just like to report the strong customer service I received from zcafe in relation to a potential saleThe staff reached out to learn about my needs, and then recommended a less expensive grinder than what I was originally intending to purchaseThey are extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling, and appear to be aiming to to provide customers with the best grinder to suit their needs rather than just making a sale
