Zazz Lube & Wash

I went to get my tire serviced and the guy told me it would take fifteen minutes. I was second in line behind another couple. Two additional people came in behind me and had gotten serviced first. Twenty-five minutes later, I found my car still sitting outside and not being serviced. I brought it to their attention that they told me fifteen minutes and the fact that they serviced people who came in after me. They guy made some lame excuse about a ramp, which had nothing to do with what he was suppose to get done. I told him I wanted my car, he waved me off and made me walk around back, where they had pulled the car, in the raining sleet.
