On December 5th when my mother woke up she could not move her legs, up until this date she was a full functioning year oldThe last two and a half months have been a battleMy mother has been in the hospital twice in one rehab facility and one nursing homeShe has suffered a serious stroke and

I am rejecting this response because:I do not accept this response from the business as it has nothing to do with the business itself or purchased services which were not receivedPersonal matters are not the problem of the customer and should not be a reason that full payment should not be returnedFull payment was made, services were never received, therefore the money was stolenIt clearly was not used to purchase what it was intended forVictoria, owner of Zaya Models reports not having money to return, yet my services were never bought, so my money should be available to meThe photographer never even had a date in February to return as Victoria had stated, and lied aboutThis is extremely unprofessional and she is out for herselfShe lies and states she is planning to return the money but has never made a payment in months and her business is still openThis is disgraceful.

I am rejecting this response because:The business owner Victoria R*** has known about this since January of That was one month before Services should have even been preformed.She actually had never even reschedule the services for the said date in February because I contacted the photographerTherefore it was a lie from the beginningIt is almost April of nowClearly her mother is not in her dying daysAlthough this situation is sad it is not the customer's(my) problemHer business is still running an operating therefore this is a poor excuse and that is all it is
She took she took my money for services I never received therefore she should return the money that should not have been used for something else which again is not something I chose but she choseShe obviously does not plan to pay me back or she would have started payments by now.

Full payment was made, services were never received, therefore the money was stolen. It clearly was not used to purchase what it was intended for. Victoria, owner of Zaya Models reports not having money to return, yet my services were never bought, so my money should be available to me. The photographer never even had a date in February to return as Victoria had stated, and lied about. This is extremely unprofessional and she is out for herself. She lies and states she is planning to return the money but has never made a payment in 3 months and her business is still open. This is disgraceful.
