Zaxby’s

On March 28, 2020. I went into the drive-thur at Zaxby’s at 9:23 pm. Placed an order, when I arrived home ( approximately 7 minutes) the food was not well put together, the salad bowl was dirty top and bottom. Fries appeared like they had been sitting for a long period of time and they were cold, the sandwich was not made as ordered. I took the food back to the restaurant (Drive-thur). Arrived right at closing time , a young lady open the drive-Thur door and I told her that the food was no good and I wanted my money back and gave her the food back. I sat at the window for about 15 minutes, then I called the store no answer then called again someone answered the phone , I ask for the manager but no one responded after that. I sat there about 5 more minutes. I left with no refund and they had the returned food as well. I did not get a refund or the food that I paid for.
