Zaxby's

8/29/I went inside Zaxby's to place an order*** ( the manager ) took my order at 4:45pm I ordered a fresh Kicker Sandwich mealWhile standing there I noticed several gnats and flies flying around the front counter areaStarting to get uneasy with minutes passing I asked was my order almost readyAt 4:55pm *** told me the food in the back was old and she had to drop fresh chicken and fries I replied that was fine but how long am I suppose to wait She replied " minutes" I told her I have already waited mins and I now have to wait an additional mins I requested the manager and she replied" I am the manager" I told her this was unacceptable and the fact that I have already waited mins is sad I requested my money back and the corporate phone number! I called corporate and first expressed my concern about the bugs flying around Second, I voiced my concern regarding the way his business was being ranHe mentioned I was getting a refund ( or compensation) and took my addressHe then mentioned the gnats and flies where coming from the lemons and where caused by fruit flies and will send the general manager by to address it.!!DO NOT EAT FROM ZAXBY'S UNTIL THE BUG PROBLEM IS SOLVED
