I am rejecting this response because: I in no way shape or form approved of the repairs that they qoated as $for the timing work, I was denied the opportunity to get a 2nd opinion*** the over zealous associate I had the misfortune to deal with knows the truth so if he refuses to take responsibility for the error I guess if the public does not take my experience as a warning to go elsewhere he along with the store's other employees will steal from alsoThe money I lost to them was to help pay for a "Bucket List" trip with my brother and cancer survivormake sure *** the store manager remembers that the tears in my eyes when she pressured me for the balance was because of that fact?

In regards to the comment from Ms. Jennifer [redacted], about the incident that happened 5/19/16, we wanted to clarify some things. First of all Ms. [redacted] brought...
in an older ladies 14 karat yellow gold CD Peacock pocket watch numbered [redacted] that was not running at the time, needed a new crystal, and had a dent on the case cover and a diamond missing. We spoke to Ms. [redacted] and told her the estimate to overhaul the pocket watch and replace the diamond, was $410.00 plus tax. In addition the cost to replace the crystal and the dent on the case cover was $140.00 plus tax. The customer says she only gave the go ahead to do the crystal and fix the dent on the case cover on 4/22/16, on our side our sales person was told to go ahead with both the overhaul and the crystal and case dent. On 5/19/16 Ms. [redacted] came into the store to pick the watch up, commented on how good the watch looked, and once had seen the price became upset. After talking to our sales manager Ms. [redacted] had come to an agreement that the cost would be lowered by $95.00 to a total of $500.00. She then paid with a debit card and signed our terms and conditions policy on the bottom of the receipt. Our terms and condition are plainly printed on the back of her receipt as well as posted up in plain sight at our check out station. Ms. [redacted] then apologized for over reacting, was given a free polishing cloth, and shook the sales managers hand then left in good spirits. We were surprised that she had changed her mind days after the fact and came in threatening the store. We would be happy to send a picture of the watch, a picture of her receipt with the signing of our terms and conditions, as well as a copy of our terms and conditions.
