I am rejecting this response because: law enforcement, gov employees or identity theft individuals and others who qualify as to the privacy laws , do not have to pay and should not have to pay for removal of their information from this company or any other companies that snoop,scrape , purchase individuals data, then turn around and post this on the web , is this company connected with any law nforcement agencies or government entities , I think very much so , they are not.which they need to be looked intoThanks Revdex.com for your help

I am rejecting this response because: the options given which the company is stating all state that you need to pay to have your information removed This is my personal information and I have a right to have it removed and I am not going to pay any entity money to remove my own information

The information we publish online comes from public recordsWe do not 'create' the data, but at some point a record or records were created by a government entity containing this informationThis could be through a city, county or state officeSomething like voter registration, marriage licenses,
property records, etccan and usually does create a record. Since the government created the record, and the government is run with tax dollars, the public (tax payers) have a right to see what the government is doing with the tax moneyThat is why these records become public.As for removing the records from our web sites, our goal is to verify the identity of the person making the requestWe cannot let just anyone add, edit or delete records. The free form does require a copy of your ID, and we need to be able to see your name and address on the IDThis process takes longer because it is handled by a third-partySometimes mailed in requests take a week to process, sometimes longer, depending on several variables: how many mail in requests their are, if the writing is legible, does the information provided match our records.The paid options are much quickerYou pay through PayPalWe do not have access to your CC infoOnce you make the payment, PayPal emails us a receipt with your name and addressIn most cases we can match the receipt with the records we have onlineYou have the option to include a comment to us while you are at PayPalSo this way you can address any issues we might have (old address, maiden name, etc.)I will say that this option is much quickerEven orders that are not expedited get processed in less than 36-hours. Another thing to consider is that we actually delete your records, and prevent them from reappearing in the futureOther companies remove your information from their free area, but your information is not deletedIt will still appear in their paid resultsAnd when they sell data to other companies your information will be part of that transaction.These other companies also tell you to keep checking back to see if your information shows back up when they update their records. I am rejecting this response because:  the response states there is no way to have your information removed other than the options listed on the company's website.  Those options all make the consumer pay for their info to be removed.  It is nothing more than a money scheme for the company to profit from the personal information of consumers.  It holds our info hostage and puts us at risk for fraudulent activity and theft of identity.

I am rejecting this response because: The organization did not address my concern about records removal with an incorrect address -- how can I verify my record for them to process the removal when the address is incorrect? I am requesting the telephone number to be removed -- this was not addressed as their standard removal request form indicates I must match on address as well (which they have very incorrect).

I do not accept the response because they are refusing to take down my personal information from their website. They do not have my permission to use nor did they ever.

I am rejecting this response because: In 2015, I PAID Zattafact to have my information and my families information removed from all of their sites.  When I contacted Zattafact this year to let them know I paid them in 9/2015 to have the information removed and it has been re-posted on their websites AGAIN, they responded with ...have a nice day and the information is still listed on their website even though I paid to have it removed.  I would like these records removed from their website!
