I hired this firm to defend me and my assests throughout my divorce. Unfortnately the client service I recieved was very poor. I paid nearly 8,000 dollars and ended up with a seperation agreement and shared parenting plan that did even have the right court on the header. This process bankrupted me. My Attorney knew of this bankruptcy and advised me to resolve through mediation with my ex wife. At the last status hearing in December she advised me that I should put in writting that I know longer needed her services. Then she stated she would make small revisions to the document and would "zero this out" I didnt recieve a bill from Zashin and Rich until after Feb 2013 conviently after my bankruptcy was discharged. They were auto charging my credit card and after the conversation with my attorney and two months going by I had no reason to expect a bill for over 2000 dollars that I would have easily named in my bankruptcy and had discharged. I was lied to and misrepresented. I believe this company delayed my bill using the knowledge of my circumstances against me. So that they could collect thier money.
