Signed up for an online tutor course - SAP S4 Hana Logistics in July 2019 ; made full payment and was not delivered services as promised . I can provide more details / names if contacted.

1) I signed up the course to be taught by a Specific trainer in July 2019.
2) The class was not started on time / as scheduled first week of July.
3) only attended a demo class ( which was a free for everyone) - around 3rd week of July
4) class kept getting delayed and was told it will start next week multiple times
5) trainer was changed and I not at all happy with false start dates; requested a full refund on July XX XXXX because I specifically joined this class for the trainer
6) I was given other options( free extra course) but I clearly did not seek them as I was not satisfied and requested immediate refund
7) last update I have from them - sept 2019 - that refund is in progress and awaiting update from finance team
8) send multiple emails requesting refund / update - no response so far
9) raising this complaint because it's over 120 days old

I requested a refund for a training course that I purchased on August of 2019, that they couldnt deliver to me. I still havent received my refund.
I Purchased an SAP Leonardo training course in August of 2019 from Zarantech for $699. After months of broken promises, they were still not able to schedule this class, so after contacting them MANY times (with no callback) throughout November of 2019, I finally talked to someone on December 11,2019. They assured me I would have my refund in 7 to 10 business days. Its been almost 14 business days and I still havent received a refund. When I try to contact the company about this matter, they refuse to handle it and tell me they will call back, which they never do.

ZaranTech offers online learning courses. After talking to the customer service, I enrolled in the Software QA testing course which was suppose to start on 10th Aug., 2019. The course didn't start on 10th Aug and they change the start date to Aug. 17th, 2019. I called customer service multiple time to inquire about the delay and new start date. Finally on 22nd Aug., 2019 after talking to Alex at ZaranTech, I received an email from Ayesha Khan that the course will start on 3rd Sep., 2019 and if it doesn't start on 3rd Sep., I will receive a full refund by 10th Sept., 2019. I called the customer service today but they are not committing to start the course or refund my payment of $400. At this point, I am not interested in taking the course with them since they has no set schedule and very poor customer service. I would like to get a full refund as soon as possible.

I would really appreciate your help.
