Review: I entered the store and asked to buy an iphone that would work with my Tmobile sim card. The man at the store, "[redacted]", sold me a phone without telling me that, because he was unlocking the phone for me, that I would not be able to access the 4G network. 4G is the standard speed for my internet service provider. That information was crucial to my buying decision. If he had told me the used, unlocked phone he was selling me did not have 4G capability I would not have bought it. I went back to his store after taking the phone I bought from him to Tmobile. Tmobile is the party who told me that the phone would not access 4G because of the way Zara Wireless had unlocked the phone. I asked "[redacted]", who had sold me the phone why he had withheld that information from me and he said I should have known that myself. I asked him to exchange the phone for another product he sells, phone cards, because at least that way he could keep my money and I could at least get a product I could use and he refused.

I am now stuck with a $400 phone that, although it is an iphone5, cannot access the most current data speeds.

At this point, considering the way I have been treated, and his refusal to take back the phone makes me wonder if the phone is stolen and that is why he won't take it back.Desired Settlement: I tried to reason with "[redacted]". I told him if this phone was standard, he could take it back, sell it to someone else and give me phone cards in exchange. He refused my very reasonable offer. Now I want my money back!

Review: I took my LG E 970 into the store on 12/**/2013 , with a cracked screen . after examining the phone the representative by the name of [redacted], told me all I needed was a screen replacement and he needed to order the part. Cost was $175.00 , I paid in full and in one week the plan was to have a working phone.

After one week the phone was not finished, I was told to come in Tomorrow, when I went , it was still unfinished and it took about two more trips before I actually got it . Unfortunately, I got a good screen with no crack like before BUT, the camera didn’t work, it kept overheating. I personally think they took my good battery out and replaced it with a used battery and somehow the technician manage to interfere with parts of the phone that he was not supposed to touch.

Now my phone has no camera and the battery won’t hold any power , it cost me $175.00 bucks to have a phone that doesn’t work .Desired Settlement: I think I paid for the screen but in exchange for a broken camera and defected battery , I should get 50% of my money back. the phone was fine before they opened it . ONLY the screen was broken.

Review: I purchased an unlocked Nokia phoned from Zara Wireless for over $200 for an oversee trip. When I purchased the phone on June [redacted] I was told the phone was unlocked. I was unable to test it in the store because the sales staff did not have a sim card to use for the phone. I went to Jamaica and attempted to use the phone I was unable to use it since the phone was locked and not unlocked as the sales people claimed. I tried calling the store using an friends phone in Jamaica to fix this problem. I was told it would take a few days. A week has gone by and the phone is still locked. I went to the store this morning and was told it would take 97 days for the phone to be unlocked. These people lied not only to my face but their advertisments are false. The store says they sell unlocked phones which they don't. They need to be held accountable.Desired Settlement: I want my phone unlocked immediately.
