I ordered a dress on July 15, 2020 and was promised a 7-14 day delivery time. It is now August 5th, and I have heard *nothing".
Our bridal party all ordered our dresses (Asymmetric Navy Lace Dress) from your shop on or around July 13th. After checkout, it said they would notify as soon as it ships and delivery should be within 7-14 days. It is now August 5th, and I have heard nothing, and neither has anyone else in the bridal party. The wedding I'm in is coming soon and none of our bridal party have our dresses. My order number is ***.
I would like my order shipped out IMMEDIATELY.
I ordered a dress according to the body measurements/size chart, and it was very big. When I contacted customer service,*** said to take the dress to a tailor, and she'd give me partial refund. I emailed her once I took the dress to a tailor, she replied my email a week later saying to return the dress instead. It's too late for that now. Don't expect a high quality dress or good customer service for the price you pay. The dress doesn't have any lining and it's see through.
I purchased the dress from Zapaka instead of *** (who turns out sells the exact same dress) because the dress on Zapaka looked like a dark red to maroon color in the photo instead of the rusty brown color that is shown on *** and what I have now received from Zapaka . The website advertised free shipping and free returns which is the only reason I went ahead and made the purchase. I went to start the return authorization which you were unable to complete on their website. If you click your orders there is no option to return and if you search returns it states to go to Zapaka.com and start a return. Upon further reading it states if you use their return label $25 will be deducted from your refund which is contradicting if all of the places stating free shipping and free returns. I emailed stating I would like to return a dress but use my own shipping label as I could use usps priority mail much cheaper than $25 and at least I could get some of my money back. I have sent several emails back and forth with someone at Zapaka and have been told if I return the dress it will have to be sent to their warehouse in China and will cost more to ship than the cost of the dress. They have offered first 10% which would be ~$3.50 then in the next email offered $8 for me to keep the dress and 'use next time'. If it's the wrong color and doesn't fit I have no use for it 'next time? They have also told me their website is being updated and labels are not available and I can wait until it is updated and labels are available. I emailed again asking for my full refund and free returns shipping as that is what their website and all of their advertisement emails state and was told they are not *** and that I can wait until labels are available from the updated website which I assume will still deduct the $25 from my refund. This is false advertising and very misleading. If you can help me with getting this resolved I would be very appreciative

Refund I would like to return the dress at no cost to me and be refunded the full amount I paid as was advertised at the time of my purchase. The website has been updated after I made the purchase so it no longer states free returns but I have screenshots of the website and emails sent at the time of ordering the dress advertising both free shipping and free returns.
