Zane Essence

I have been trying to get a refund from a company called ELIXIRY(that is the name on the jars), but the people who took money from my account is Nexus Vie Eye Serum and Paros Skin Cream.
I ordered 2 samples of Elixiry skin cream and eye serum and paid $4.95 for each sample and $4.96 for shipping.
On September 5, 2018 Nexus took $79.94 from my account for the eye serum and on September 6, 2018 Paros took $79.95 from my account for the skin cream. What I received was 1oz jars which I would not pay $80 for. The phone number on jar just rings and rings. I canceled my card, but would like my money refunded. I will return the product if I knew where and to whom I should send it, but not before a refund is issued.
I believe this company, which ever name it uses is a fraud, because when I filed first complaint
with Elixir they did not have my information or where they had shipped anything to me.
I also want others to know about this scam.

They said free order. So I order but to order it I had to buy other ***. see below. Then when I saw the total of Total:$ 215.85, I'm like wtf happen.So I tried to call them and asked for them to cancel my order. She said because I just placed the order it will take another hour you can call us back. I said, you will be close in another hour. This is a ripped off. I just want them to canel my order, if they did charge to my bank account of course I want the money back.'
Please help me. I hate people who ripped other people off. Dr. Ozz whatever his name is should be in jail.
