I was engaged for months, out of that-Zales had my engagement ring at least months of that timeI had a bent prong twice, a cracked diamond, a side diamond that looked like it was glued in there when the rep went to clean it after the repair the diamond fell out and there was a gouge in the inside of the bandOh and that is not counting the fact they tried to switch rings on meWell after being married weeks and weeks total of wearing my band, one of the diamonds fell outI took it in to be repaired and sauter them togetherWell the ring was not centered during the sautering and they sized my ring down (was never requested) and now it won't fitI have never had so many issuesI love my ring but will NEVER buy there againNeedless to say almost weeks without my ring and at least one more to go Also corporate never calls back
