(Backup available if needed) Each guest has the opportunity to not accept the advance pay discount before confirming the online purchase. The General Manger of our location is in agreement with CHOICEHOTELS.COM terms of this purchase. Mrs. M[redacted] issue is not with the Comfort Inn & Suites Hawthorne its with her on-line purchase she made on choicehotels.com. The hotel is sympathetic to Mrs. M[redacted]'s situation. The written complaint from Revdex.com states that her son was unexpectedly was admitted to into ICU. The request we received when asked cancel the stays was because she has been by her son's bedside for the past four weeks this was the week prior to arrival. We researched the guest history and confirm that the guest stayed at our location during the time she stated she was by her son's bedside.
