Zachariah Frable Construction

Review: On September of 2013 I hired Frable Construction to renovate my mobile home, we signed a contract, Zacharaih was supposed to fix my roof, plumbing, ceiling and winterziing. I paid Frable 1500$ which was 50% of total cost upfront, as Zacharaih stated it was for " materials " and a contract was signed, it has been over a year and he has never returned to the job site, no work was started, refused to give me a refund, I informed him that I wanted my money back because he is not coming to the site to start any work that was promised and in contract, that was in may of 2014, he finally promised to return my money and that was over 5 months ago, he ignores my texts and phone calls, please help me and have justice be served, its not fair and its my hard earned money he is a thief, there are several people in [redacted] community who he also stole money from and promised to do work and never came back. I ask you to please investigate this business, he is a thief and no on deserves to be robbed of their hard earned money.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund back of $1500 that I paid to this company, no work was done, no materials was purchased, he never came back and just robbed me on my money.

Review: we hired Mr. Frable from Frable Construction to repair the roof of our property. He received $700.00 as down-payment. He was scheduled to do the job on Nov. 5th, 2013 and so far he hasn't done the job, not returned our phone calls or returned the money. We have tried to contact him in several occasions, but he doesn't answer the phone. We consider that we are victims of scam by this contractor.Desired Settlement: we request a full refund of our money.
