ZACH Theatre does indeed have an active opt-out policyWe maintain a dynamic database of ticket buyers, Subscribers and Donors and we update it the moment change requests come inWe have thousands of patrons who enjoy regular updates about ZACH's Mainstage and educational programsHowever, we certainly do not wish to impose ourselves on anyone who does not want to receive theseIn addition, we have an active opt out link on all of our patron emails, so recipients can remove themselves with a click of the button
We regret that Ms*** remained on our contact list after she requested to be removedI'm sure it was an oversight as it is our policy to remove anyone who does not wish to be contacted by mail, phone or emailMs*** complete mailing address and phone number has been removed from our databaseWe appreciate her patronage and look forward to seeing Ms*** at ZACH Theatre for another great performance
