Sent Oliver N*** two very rare car heater valves for evaluation and repair over months ago I tried numerous times by telephone to talk to him about the status After many attempts we talked (approximately month ago) over the telephone and he related that he had reviewed the request and stated that he was having health issues but would call back in two days with an update
He never called back I have called numerous times and sent emails - not answers
If he cannot repair the two components at least he could return then as again they are extraordinary rare

I purchased and paid for a custom alternator for a my vehicle on July 8, I paid in full in advance as the part was a made to order part Initially the seller (Oliver) was very helpful and responded to emails quickly with a status update Shortly after the one year mark he stopped responding to emails and I have not heard from him in the past few months I have since had to purchase a different part for my vehicle due to the time delay and have requested my money refunded
