[redacted] (roofer) completely replaced our roof for $16,000.00
$1,500 for a very small balcony.
6 months later we have water damage due to the roof. Thousands of dollars worth of damage. We have a 10 year warranty, instead he told me to make a claim with my insurance company.
The balcony was started last year, we paid him and he never finished the job.
